These sessions typically last around 30 minutes and include a reassessment of your condition, discussion of any changes or improvements, and continued treatment tailored to your evolving needs. The goal is to ensure consistent progress and long-term relief.
Cranial Osteopathy - £50
Cranial osteopathy is a gentle, hands‑on approach within osteopathic practice that focuses on the subtle movement and tension patterns throughout the body — not just the skull. Despite the name, it’s not limited to the head but works with the body’s natural rhythmic motions, connective tissues, and fluid dynamics to support balance and restore function.
