An initial consultation takes approximately 60 minutes and includes an in-depth case history and examination to gain insight into the root cause of your condition. In most cases, this is then followed up by an initial treatment to address these findings. This appointment is for both Osteopathic and Cranial Osteaopathic consulatations. Follow-up Osteopathic Consultation – £50

Follow-up consultations are designed to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. These sessions typically last around 30 minutes and include a reassessment of your condition, discussion of any changes or improvements, and continued treatment tailored to your evolving needs. The goal is to ensure consistent progress and long-term relief. 

Cranial Osteopathy - £50

Cranial osteopathy is a gentle, hands‑on approach within osteopathic practice that focuses on the subtle movement and tension patterns throughout the body — not just the skull. Despite the name, it’s not limited to the head but works with the body’s natural rhythmic motions, connective tissues, and fluid dynamics to support balance and restore function.
